Usable structure

The v.1 of the platform was a lot of problem of usability and the company was afraid of this new iteration has this kind of problems, communicate a simple structure with fewer principles help me a lot on this stage of the project.

Lean sprint

I have the opportunity to reach the users, but sometimes I could not get to them, in many ways this was more a lean sprint. Mostly based on other researchs, looking at other tools, and asking some experts in the area.

Builder

The starting point of the software is the one that lets you build de Database structure for the whole ecosystem.

Seller

The one that let you publish different product and administrate your clients, comments, questions and many more.

Buyer

The part of the platform to show the products, some of the relevant features are the catalog and the search engines.

One of the core features of the builder is the dynamic tables, that let you configure de Database as you need, this will be reflected in how you connect the information structure and became in a world of possibilities.

The important thing of the seller experience is the dashboard control who maintain inspired the seller and gives a tool for the daily process.

Based on the opinion of actual clients we focus in maintain the brand style and gives to them a new way to understand the platform, refreshing UI, and new features open the door to the clients to surprise by these changes.

In the main plan, we only focus on some of the parts of the platform with mobile improvement, it was important to the team that they can reach the goal of the solution.

We scope a realistic work time with the resources, planning every design and development step with this big plan, documentations, prototypes, timelines and role descriptions was made.

I work completely remote and lead several teams of different skill sets, I learn to have faster solutions in the middle of the chaos.

In this project, I learn to not only consider the design. Also, consider the other work column, and it pushes me to use my other skills like development, planning, and negotiation.
