Part of my everyday work was understanding how we help our clients, how it's our posture about technology, about design and creativity. We build and work in principles that help us to join together, that focus on the answers and help our clients to improve their companies with technology and creativity.

Crafting and learning
Such amazing things I create with the team in all those years, and every time we create something we learn a lot about crafting, and personally, I focused in make systems with code and logic, solve little problems that impact the work of all our collaborators.
Leading developers, marketing and designers teams
I really love to challenge projects with different points of knowledge, trying to decode the goal and making just the right effort to solve the big problem, connect with the people, collaborate, and deliver products was challenging. Learn every time something new was the core of this.
Creative principles
Create, Grow, Move, Code, Repeat
Usually, the teams were created with managers, developers, and designers. Join together the discussion about creativity, design and put it on the table at the planning stage of the design process. It was confusing mostly for the developers, but for every project, they feel more comfortable and open and this is because we want to create a cool environment between the people, having the idea that we are building the future, that we are at the age of something new.

The core activity of every project was to understand the narrative, the user. Do some research and connect with some experts to understand how to approach the problem. From all this process we include creativity frameworks and try to find and fit a solution.

We look for the patterns in the tools, narratives, workflow of all projects so we could accelerate the process for us and our clients, creating systems of it and connect people work with them.

Project Learnings
Keep it real
It was difficult to learn understand and be aware of not involucrated my personal perception of the results, transform to data an give me some clues wich is the correct success metric.
Transform uncertainty in opportunities
I used to have this moment when I believe that I can do things that sound crazy, at least for that moment. I learn to listen to that push and go for it, at the beginning for having clients, we present our self as a great company. I push the idea with the team of being a great creative studio and from there I learn a lot about transform questions into paths for me and the others.
