Created a mobile app for delivery that provides space to report, inform, and check in locations for starting work, maintaining everyone informed. Built administrator web platform that gives clients a control panel and automatic weekly performance reports, achieving 100% information certainty.

We start with interviews with the managers of the process, try to catch the main idea and how they made the process at the time. We also go to live the morning process of delivering newspapers and understand what tool could be handy for the delivery people.
