Mobile app for delivery
This tool creates the space to report, inform, and check in the locations for start working, maintaining everyone informed.

The platform gives a control panel for the clients and gives automatic weekly reports of the performance.
Challenges
Understand de newspaper delivery process
The hardest thing was to understand the big process that involved people on streets, Headquarters, Printing workshops and transform into a flow.

Align the vision with the client for the result, focus the scope to solve the problem.
The journey
Undestanding
We start with interviews with the managers of the process, try to catch the main idea and how they made the process at the time. We also go to live the morning process of delivering newspapers and understand what tool could be handy for the delivery people.
Design
Style foundations
The software was build in considerations of 3 devices, computers, iPhones, and android. Different teams gonna work in the same definition, that's why we work to have clear visual rules.

Track & Report
With all the information gathered, we build a simple map to everybody understand the process we are going to cover, making a flag to follow in the development, design, and also a space of work with our client.

Complete process and tracking
In the end, the process has this feeling like a game, automatic process to prove the working hours and everybody its informed situation was common. We test many times the software with the people and make the liberation for daily use.
Impact
Certainty by daily tracking
The tracking system makes the role of the watcher and compiles the historic performance, without human opinion gathered all this information to be reviewed by the managers of the client.
Project Learnings
Big system
It requires a lot of prototypes, meeting with the client, managers, operators, delivery team, and transforming all of these on a system was a huge learning for me.
